SIA culture is about involvement, knowledge sharing and team spirit. Our flat structure allows interpersonal relationships at all levels (consultants, managers, partners, office staff).
Getting involved in internal works is essential to our team cohesion. The opportunities to take responsibilities and demonstrate initiative are numerous :

We gather on a regular basis to share ideas and circulate internal news.
Performance reward
At the end of every project, consultants and their project managers meet to discuss achievements as well as development needs. This is a great opportunity to express evolution expectations in terms of industry sector, mission type, training, and internal responsibilities.
We want our consultants to share the firm successes. Reward packages therefore include a variable part encompassing :
- A corporate saving plan (known as PEE in France)
- An individual bonus scheme
- Additional incentives based on operational and sales targets.
